This is a basic wiring diagram to show how to connect portable solar panels. Typically your batteries would be wired to a distribution panel (i.e. Lynx Distributor, or a basic bus bar) and through a battery monitor. This solar power circuit must be connected with appropriately sized wire, and circuit protection closest to the battery or main distribution. See an example of a complete system wiring diagram below.
